Cancelled out Directv on July 18th 2010 as our home was foreclosed on. Told we would only have to pay a $37.00 fee and early cancellation fee would be waived. First big lie. Directv continued to bill after July 18th but forgot to send me the "bill”. I returned both boxes and remotes in perfect condition. Have pictures and tracking info. On October 13, 2010 they decided to help themselves to $300.00 out of my account- as I was at the vet having to but my cat to sleep.
