My name is Dewey Sides, I've been on three cruise's in the past 7 years, all of them with Carnival. this is the first time I have any complaints. the last cruise was on the Carnival Conquest leaving from Glaveston, Texas on the 12th of Sept. my booking information is 8258, 87N5B8, 830020446. My complaint is the way my luggage was taken care of when it arrived to our suite. It was in bad shape, as the back side was ripped and the luggage was almost completely open from the front.
