It appears that the 800 number is just for show as nothing ever seems to get resolved. The customer service forwards the complaint to the hotel, which then nothing ever happens and then customer service apologizes for the hotel. I have filed several complaints over the past year and had to live with unresolved issues, kind of sick of that. My advice to you is use another company of your choice and stay away from the Hilton chain of hotels if you like customer service. read full review »
