Tripmate switched policies and did not honor the "cancel for no reason" policy. My wife and I scheduled a trip with our local church to Israel (Nov 18-27 2010). We paid a total of $6952 for two fares of which $438 was for travel insurance. Under the provisions of the contract you cannot pay for the trip insurance until all of the monies for the trip are paid.
