My monthly Life Insurance premium is $44.45. Reasure was taking out of my checking account $45.60. $45.60 caused me to have an overdraft of $34.00. Talked to my bank rep. in person and paperwork was given to me to forward to Reassure (per request of the Reassure Supervisor). Supervisor stated she would send to me a check for the $34.00 due to Reassure's negilence.
