I replied to an ad offering a $4.27 sample bottle for trial. I did receive the bottle but have discovered that my account has been charged $95.13au and I have not received another bottle. I have tried numerous times to contact the company by phone using many different numbers and have had no success. Could someone please inform me on the best avenue to pursue my dilemma.
