Hi, 2 months back I bought Micromax Airtel datacard (MMX 610U). At that time it has been said I'll get 30-40 kbps speed & at night more. Till now I never got more than 10 kbps. I raised the issue with the customer care, and twice engineers came but with no result. The complaint number is F748997381. Also, while purchasing the datacard I've been told 2 things: 1) The datacard is 3g facility available (also written in my cash memo). But now they are saying it might not be the case.
