I used to have Rogers for many years, but the Bell representative called me about all sound-good promotions, so I decided to change my Internet and home phone to the Bell. Later, I re-calculated the cost, and it turns out that I will not have any more savings by changing, so I decided not to change, and called the Bell to cancel it. It seemed ok by then, but a week later when the new installation was supposed to happen (which I cancelled in advance), the Bell took my home phone number, so my Rogers home phone was deactivated.
