I purchased a platform bed frame from Cymax and was told by the representative the bed I was ordering was in stock. Only to wait a month later to receive my bed with damaged parts. I spoke to the sales manager Lar, the guy with the accent, and he apologized for me not being notified the bed actually was not in stock when I ordered it. I threatened to send the bed back and he promised me a percentage refund for the bed being late and had new parts sent out. When I receive the new parts, they are damaged again!
