Got FIOS. Technician could not activate, left without activiting account. After 3 weeks and over 35 calls and numerous chat sessions, talking to 3 supervisors, gave up, cancelled, and went back to Comcast. Was promised a call back 5 times, no one ever called me back. Everyone I talked to said I was callng the wrong department and "transferred" me to the right department.
