This is my first time to post a complaint about a "business" (term used loosely), EVER... And I agree with all other postings that this is most definitely a SCAM. Last Nov when Holiday shopping online, I was offered $20 back on my order if I agreed to a survey. Now, months later they have suddenly started charging my account, stating that I agreed to a free trial membership, and after the initial period, a monthly charge of $13.95. NOT TRUE!
