This collection agency sent me this letter, and I called and was told this was for a credit card issued me either in 2001 closed in 2002. At this time I had to take an early retirement to care for my father who passed away in 2005, so between 2002 & 2005 of July I was unemployed. I was told this credit card was a $300. dollar limit with an outstanding rediculous credit rate.
