I was intimated on my mobile that my current bill is Rs 16281/- ..which is exorbitant...unbelievable and greatly hypothetical..I had already raised the complaint 131714..on OCT 2ND 10 and was told that the same would be addressed and resolved till 11th October.I came in the country on september 4th...I had been complaining from overseas that your engineer had disabled the wireless router password when he changed the modem and my connnection was being stolen...Inspite of that I paid the bill of 1685/- so as not to have unnecessary... read full review »
