Wyndham refused to book a hotel for using points as I was under the 60 day wire, although I purchased the necessary points before the cutoff, and wyndham cashed the check that day. i had to wait 5 - 7 days for wyndham to put it in the system - I asked for an exception that would have been easy to accept - a check with supervisors revealed no flexibility - I sent a complaint letter to which I have yet to hear from them - bottom line - no service.
