Dear Sir, Re: Tel.no.BDKU 26860968 is dead I am a custmer of your Co. for the last so many years. But recently for the last one and half month I was facing a lot of prblems with the line. After a no.of complaints lodged with the authority, the same was restored to normalcy. But, again the same problem exists with the line getting totally dead for the last 10-15 days.
