Purchased adult VODS from gamelink, most of which where vhs copy transfers, created or purchased unlicensed by gamelink themselves. I first asked to change them or receive a refund, to which they responded by cut & pasting a line of policy from their FAQ 'we are unable to refund purchases due to your dissatisfaction with the content' When I asked them to present a license for the vids in dispute, they responded quote: 'Sir, we are not providing this information to you.'
