Lacks customer service. Very disrespectful employees and manager, I'm very disappointed in the service I received. The manager didn't know how to handle the situation regarding tickets and the food they serve. When I asked a question I was immediately attacked and was disrespected. They had no conscern for my problem. The manger's name was DAN. I tried calling 1800 number for the corparation and I left messages. I have never been contacted by them, its such a shame for a big corporation. I will not ever to go MJR CINEMA 14 after this experience after this horrible experience... read full review »
