I ordered boots and waited 9 days and still no shipment. when I questioned this I was told that they didnt have the boots and were trying to find them! They told me to wait 2 more days. I waited and nothing. Then when I finally demanded my $$ back they told me it would take 20days! I ordered the same shoes from zappos.com. It was only $23 more but shipped the same day and at least I know they're authentic. I do not recommend this company. read full review »
