I followed their process for my free 3 night cruise plus airfare. When the time to book my cruise came, I called and went through the start of the booking process. First problem is the itinerary. We wanted a 3 night cruise from LA to Mexico. The only option they gave us was a cruise from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas.
