I never ordered any product from them (Fit Factory) or their sister company. It appears that they stole my credit card number and charged $19.95. I know that if they do this 100 times, there will be some people that do not look at their credit card statements in detail and will miss this charge. So out of 100 times there will be 20 people that do not check for fraud, thus they get 20 people at $19.95 or $29.95 they will make lots of money. Thank you for reading my complaint, best of luck.
