I went to the website of feb-pack/kit about a grant for school, I was told that I could get a grant-kit free, but there was a 2.97 shipping charge. I gave my card number, then I was told to check my e-mail for futher instructions. At my e-mail, I received another e-mail number togo and view. there it steated " that they no longer sent the kit by mail, but I could fill out everything online".so Iset up an account with them, to receive information on grants.
