This company tells you that you can order a FREE TRIAL by paying shipping only, then puts you on automatic shipment for a program you did not sign up for. I was charged not only for the shipping, but also for the FREE TRIAL. When I called (within 14 days) to complain & cancel, they acknowledged their "mistake" but did not say they would refund the bogus charge, & tried to talk me into continuing shipments.
