I have a prepaid airtel connection on which every week there are some deductions on account of SMS or calls which have not been made. The deductions are not large just Rs. 1 to Rs. 3 but why should I bear this if I have not utilised these services. Besides if un-checked it could lead to bigger deductions in future.It has happened in the past when a service for sports info was activated on my cell without my consent or knowledge and amounts were debited to my account for a long time before I realised it.
