I purchased items on 9/10, that's right, 6 weeks ago. I have heard nothing and when I check my order it says its not shipped. I sent an email and there was no response. I realize they are a small shop but this is ridiculous. If you can't handle the orders, don't be in business. 6 weeks to not even have it packed yet is beyond ludicrous. I am going to contact my credit card company to contest the charges. I guess these guys hope people wait to long and can't make a claim. I can't help but wonder how many people out there never got anything and have no recourse. Wish I had seen this complaint board before I bought. read full review »
