I received a package from Video Professor in March 2010. I did not open it since I had not authorized payment on such a product. I shipped it back (unopened) to VP per their online instructions. I found that 2 or 3 weeks later, my bank account had been charged $399.95!!! I contacted VP again and was assured that I would be credited for the full amount.
