I'm a regular customer of this Dunkin' Donuts and have been for years. I will no longer give this one my business. I ordered 2 Vanilla Chai's and drove home as usual, the 15 minute drive is just enough time for it to cool off to drink. Well, the last time I was there I certainly didn't have to worry about that. I had 2 half full cups of very COLD chai. It was never even heated and I'm sure they used 1 packet and split it between the two cups because it tasted like cold milk! Rip off!
