My generous brother gave me a one year subscription to Netflix at Christmas last year (for the second time). In early February, I tried to activate the gift account, but didn't know how. So, I called them and the young man told me what I needed to do - find the gift card and use the code on that card. OK ! I found the card and went through the process of re-activating the account.
