For the last six weeks I have been trying to get a response from STC re their wireless Internet service which is billed to my residential phone line. I have used their902, 906, 907 numbers, facsimile service, ecare, 8003060006, 8002444455, and also visited their headquarter in Alkhobar where I dealt with their manager. No one is able to respond tome or resolve my complain. They have failed to provide the service to my wireless simm for 2 month. They are charging me SR299.00/month. They ask me to pay then complain.
