Had a drain problem, plumber came. Applied for financing to pay for the work. I signed a home improvement contract to pay $595.75. Then a few days later I received a form letter from GE Money Bank stating that I now owe $624.75. I accessed Wavee.com online auction site. Believing it to be like ebay I decided to register. I was asked to complete my credit card information, which I understood would be used if OR when I decided to bid on something. I filled out the info and pressed enter on my laptop.
