I have never even heard of this company until i checked my online bank statement and noticed two charges of £14.95 taken two days apart, i immediatley rang them and was told that i had registered online two month previous to these charges been taken and they had sent me numerous emails and letters, none of which i had recieved, they couldnt tell me the addresse the letters had been sent to or when the emails were sent, i asked to speak to a manager and was told i couldnt, then they told me they would give me my login details and password... read full review »
