Following a day of unsuccessful attempts to watch content through my wifi BluRay connection, I filed a complaint on the Netflix website. I then received an email from them containing the following paragraph: "We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you were unable to instantly watch a movie or TV episode via your Netflix Ready Device, click on this account specific link in the next 7 days to apply your 3% credit to your next billing statement for your 1 DVD out at-a-time (Unlimited) plan.
