They do not deliver products won as stated on their on website. Their old promise was 14 - 21 days. So when I won a couple of items it ended up being 47 days and that was only after I complained. their new time line is 21 - 28 days and I am on day 31 on one item and day30 on another with no indication when they may ship. They did not even respond to my last email. Then there is the "Rewards" program where according to them you must redeem every 3 months.
