Adjility Group
Jack Brosel October 26, 2010
Adjility Group breached our contract by not paying for services rendered and by not following the contract dispute rules. They contend the contract supports their position of nonpayment until they get paid by Aria but this has been debunked by two attorneys, one in California nad one in New Jersey. Adjility is over 90 days past due. The total amount due to TPG is approximately $15, 000 including fees of collection; Adjility owes $13K for actual services rendered. The CEO of Adjility does not deny owing our company for services rendered nor does he dispute any of the invoices submitted. He simply is not going to pay us until he gets paid. read full review »
