Just like everybody else. Car hire in Turkey prepaid, took 'voucher' to airport, hire company had booking down as 'Payment On Arrival' and expected to be paid all over again in cash there and then. Didn't know who was lying at that time so took taxis instead. Credit card charge for Decode comes from Riga, Latvia so I guess its a giant organized scam.
