We had just brought a tv stand twenty minutes before from HOme Gallery Furnishings at 2385 W. Cheltenham Ave. We changed our minds and return to the store to get a cash refund. The store manager said not cash refund only store credit. Can the store manager do this? On the receipt it say 25% cancellation or special order or layaway cancellation. We were will to take the 25%.
