Bookinhotels are a fraud and are stealing people's money! We experienced the same thing as the other published reviews. When we arrived at our hotel we found our reservations to be cancelled without our authority. They have never refunded our money. (approx. $1200) We have written dozens of "complaint" emails and when we call the "customer service" number we get a recording from a person in a foreign language. We are frustrated and we are victims of fraud! We are contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting them. Never do business with Bookinhotels.com!!! read full review »
