The doors on the Ryco Car Wash at the Hess Gas Station at 39-04 Northern Blvd. closed on my very well cared for car, crushing the side of it, cracking a light, and scraping off the paint, when the timer said I still had 40 seconds left. It was a very frightening experience to be stuck in between the car wash doors, inside my car. I got no satifaction from the gas station attendants, manager, or HESS headquarters in NJ.
