This place is an absolute joke, It is like a puppy mill. They belong to several differant discount plans to get a high volume of unsuspecting patients. When you get there, the office manager is like a time share salesmen with a high pressure presentation on the work that should be done and what the cost will be. She then wants you to commit to the work being done by initialing the estimate form.
