I bought Tuscana Design Base with Wheels for my outdoor patio umbrella on Sept-19-2010. Price was reasonable compare to other site. They sent me an email that merchandise will be shipped by October 13th. So, I called them today to find out the status. Customer service tells me that merchandise will not be shipped until November 19th. I requested customer service to cancel my order.
