I was recently in a car accident and the insurance agency required that I get my check signed by both myself and Santandar. I over-nighted the check to them along with 3 other forms required so that could sign it. They then were suppose to overnight the check to my body shop but apparantly an employee forgot to include the W9 required (which was faxed) in with the paperwork. Well 5 days later...still waiting. After calling them 4 times in a period of 6 hours a supervisor put me on hold where I stayed for up to 20 minutes. I finally gave up. read full review »
