I had bought a new Sony Phone in September. Just after 1 month it display screen & slider had problem, so I submitted the same to Sony Service station. Its been more than 25 days it is lying near them. I had even called call cebnter many times regarding my complain. Complain No 88569959. But they are giving fake answers regarding the part & promise every week to deliver within 4-5 days. I am facing lot of problems due to their inability to solve the same. Kindly sove my problem.
