I have a prepaid airtel number. The company is starting deducting Rs. 10.00 per day from my balance w.e.f. 01.10.2010 without any intimation. On enquiry, it has been explained that a matrimony alert has been activated and Rs. 10.00 are being deducting per day. I have not subscribed for any such services.
