People in NY should know that if you have any suggestions or concerns about anything in NY, DO NOT contact the Department of State. I recently tried to voice my concerns about possible illegal activity going on in Dutchess County, NY to the Office of Fire Prevention and Control listed in the NY State Department of State web site.I chose that department because my concerns and suggestions concerned fire work shows going off nightly in a state where even sparklers are illegal according to the Fire Marshall's web site.
