Dear Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to share the experience received from Airtel CRC at Chandannagore Location(Satyam Communication ) of Kolkata Circle. As Per the new regulation from TRAI, I had to submit my POI to my nearby Airtel Centre. I am using Airtel service since 2006, so I can understand that the document produced at that time is lost. Unfortunately I lost my mobile on last week of August and I requested for the same mobile no with the same set of information at the above mentioned center.
