I had $99.95 taken out of our account by these people and I never applied for it. I feel if this was a legitimate application put in by me, than they would've asked me not only for my email, but also for a password. Instead they are trying to say I applied for this Platinum, whatever, thru my email, which I didn't. I NEVER do any shopping thru internet. They gave me a password to use of their own.
