My wife stopped and picked us up dinner from our closest Arby's in Grove City, Ohio on London Groveport Rd. After getting home with the order, we find out that the 2 toasted Subs we ordered were not toasted at all and the buns had become soggy. We live about 20 minutes away and going back was not an option at the time. We called explaining the buns had not been toasted and they became soggy from the meat being warm.
