I ordered a "free trial" for the price of shipping at the beginning of September. The product didn't come until I had called two times, the second to cancel (beginning of October.) The charge of $87.47 + a $2.62 foreign transaction fee appeared on my Sept. bill. The second agent promised me he would see to it that a credit of $20 would be credited to my card for the "inconvenience."
