I just bought a car from the Mounds View Motor Co (used to be Saturn of Mounds View) and after only 8 days I already have to fix $750 worth of stuff. They do an inspection on all of the vehicles and they have to meet safety standards. Well my mechanic says that all of the tires are very worn and showing their wear bars and need to be replaced before winter (so anytime now seeing how snow is in the forecast) and one of the tires is "cupped".
