Dear Carrefour, I bought a refrigerator & a washing machine on Tuesday the 19th of October 2010, I was told that my staff will be delivered maximum by Monday the 25th of October 2010, Nothing arrived and I called Carrefour customer care to set a complain and I was given a new date for arrival by maximum Wednesday the 27th of October 2010, today is Thursday the 28th October 2010 and still not even a single phone call and when I called the customer care I was informed that in 24 hours someone will call to set a new date for my thing... read full review »
