Have received numerous reports of verbal abuse and harassment by head staff at Our Haven Homeless Shelter. Occupants have described being continually subjected to open ridicule, verbal threats, and targeted bullying. Once the staff decide they don't like you they will simply invent false allegations of misconduct and kick you out.
